Public Notice is hereby given for review and comment on the 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report is a summary of accomplishments, performance and overall uses of HUD’s Community Development Block Grant and HOME funds in the City of Lorain during the 2023 Fiscal Year.
A public meeting will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 4:30 p.m at 200 West Erie Avenue.
This report will be available for review and/or comment from March 13, 2024 through March 28, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. The CAPER is available for review at the Department of Building, Housing and Planning, 200 West Erie Avenue, 5th FL, Lorain, Ohio, Lorain Public Library Main Branch, 351 W. 6th Street, Lorain, Ohio, Lorain Public Library South Lorain Branch, 2121 Homewood Drive, Lorain, Ohio and on the City of Lorain’s website (www.cityoflorain.org).
Written comments will be accepted regarding the 2023 CAPER at the City of Lorain’s Department of Building, Housing, and Planning located at 200 West Erie Avenue, 5th FL, Lorain, OH, 44052 or email to Matt_Kusznir@cityoflorain.org until March 28, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Written comments will be reviewed and responded to in writing within 15 days from receipt.
The Citizen Participation Plan is available for review at 200 West Erie Avenue. This plan contains guidelines and procedures for resident involvement in federally funded housing and community development programs in the City of Lorain.
