The City of Lorain is currently accepting bids for the sale of the following real estate parcels it owns - list of properties for sale. To view the location of each parcel, please visit the Lorain County Auditor's Website and search using the respective parcel number.
All bids must be submitted in writing on the official bid form, specifying each property's proposed price and intended use. Payment will not be required until the bid is accepted.
Bid forms can be submitted via fax, email, mail, or in person.
