- Inspection requests are taken by telephone or email.
- 24-hour notice is required for inspections (no same-day inspection requests)
- To schedule an inspection, please email BHP@cityoflorain.org or call (440)204-2045, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Please have the following items available at the time of the request:
- Permit number
- Project address
- Type of inspection(s) needed
- Contact name and phone number
- Inspection time - AM or PM
