Assessment on the Former St. Joseph site was completed in 2023 utilizing $195,750 in grant funding from the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) and up to $65,250 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) matching funds. In partnership with the city, the property owner acquired an additional grant in 2024 to complete total site cleanup. Phase 2 work is planned to be completed in 2025.
