• Answer questions you may have about court procedures
• Direct you to other agencies who can provide assistance
• Direct you to where you have to appear in court
• Help you find information about your case
• Help you understand how court works

The Clerk's Office Cannot

• Fill out forms for you
• Give you legal advice
• Recommend Lawyers or Bonding Agents
• Reschedule for the Judges' offices
• Tell you what to say or write
