The City of Lorain has identified and prioritized sanitary sewers that are in poor condition and in need of repair/rehabilitation as indicated by the excessive amounts of inflow and infiltration, and the unnecessary inflow and infiltration lead to increased treatment processing costs, and the City of Lorain desires to repair/rehabilitate the sanitary sewers by the non-destructive means of installing a structural Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) liner.
Cleaning occurred in all sanitary sewer mainlines within the project area in the Spring of 2019.
