JoAnne Moon was elected by the residents of the Fifth Ward in 2015 as the 5th Ward Council person for the City of Lorain. She currently serves as a member of Lorain City Council's Federal Programs Committee, Building & Lands Committee and the Parks & Recreation Committee. JoAnne is a life-long resident of the City of Lorain and active in many community organizations.
