City of Lorain utility payments can be deposited in the drop box located at the front of the Lorain Utilities Department, located at 1106 W. 1st St.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT
Pay your City of Lorain utility bill the easy way with AutoPay. You won't need to write out a check each month. Instead you can authorize the Lorain Utilities Department to handle the transaction through your bank, or we can charge your credit card. You will be mailed a copy of your monthly bill, clearly marked AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL, so that you will know the exact amount billed. This amount will be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the 12th of each month, or if this is a weekend or holiday, the next business day.
