    • Attend meetings in regards to proposed sub-divisions, shopping districts, industrial parks, etc.
    • Keep Mayor, Safety/Service Director, and Building Commissioner abreast of up coming issues and proposals being forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
    • Keep official zoning map up-to-date.
    • Answer all calls related to zoning.
    • Review all lot splits.
    • Advise co-workers as to zoning situations.

    • Check plans and workmanship to see that electrical work complies with ordinances and regulations and recommends methods for improvement
