Board of Control on the WEB Ronald L. Mantini, Auditor, City of Lorain Mayor Anthony Krasienko The City of Lorain has added the agendas and meeting minutes for it's Board of Control to the City's website. They can be found under the Mayor's Office under the Departments heading on the website front page. The Board of Control consists of the Mayor and the Safety/Service Director. The meetings are generally held every Monday. The mayor shall be ex officio president. The board keeps a record of its proceedings. All votes are by yeas and nays and entered on the record, and the vote of a majority of all the members of the board is necessary to adopt any question, motion, or order. The Board of Control is responsible for approving all expenses between $5,000 and $25,000 for all city departments under their control.
