New Programs with the Lorain Police Department: Community Outreach

 The Lorain Police Department now has several new on-line services available to help serve the public.  These programs will allow you to report crime tips, file on-line police reports for minor incidents, obtain copies of accident reports, and a new program for citizens to safely store their personal property information. full story

April 19th Shred Day & Food Drive

On Saturday, April 19, 2014 and Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 9 am - 12 pm, Lorain County residents will be able to bring their documents to the parking lot of the Lorain County Collection Center in Elyria and have them shredded for free on-site. The event is sponsored by the Board of Commissioners and Shredding Network Co. out of Wickliffe, Ohio. full story
