Reso. 15-24 Recognizing & commending Rhoda Lee for her lifelong dedication and community support in the City of Lorain. 16-24* Approving the necessity of acquiring, constructing & improving certain public improvements in Lorain with the Lorain, Elyria Township Energy Special Improvement District. 17-24* Confirming the removal of certain property assessed clean energy special assessments in cooperation with the Lorain Energy Special Improvement District. 18-24* Concurring with the expenditure of $695,220.00 of ARPA Funds by the City of Lorain. Erie Ave. 35-24* Levying special assessments for the construction of sidewalks in the City of Lorain. 36-24* Appropriation. 37-24 Approving the proposed CBA between Lorain and FOP, Ohio Labor Council Inc., Telecommunicator/Information Officers/Corrections Officers and Records Officers.
