City Council Members

1. Joel Arredondo

   Joel Arredondo is currently serving his fifth term as the President of Lorain City Council.

2. Mitchell Fallis

   Mitchell Fallis was elected to serve as a member of Lorain City Council as an at-Large Representative for the 2016/17 term.

3. Joseph F. Koziura

   Joseph Koziura is currently serving his second term as Councilman At-Large.

4. Mary Springowski

   Mary Springowski was recently elected as Lorain City Council At-Large where she was gratified to receivce the top votes in both the Democratic Primary and the General Election.

5. Beth Henley

   Beth Henley was elected to serve as the First Ward Councilwoman for the 2018-2019 term of Council.

6. Dennis Flores

   Dennis is known by his residents as the “People's Council Person.”

7. Pamela Carter

   Pamela M. Carter was born in Ashtabula, Ohio coming to Lorain in 1982 as a Middle School student.

8. Greg Argenti

   Greg Argenti has been serving the residents of the 4th Ward since 2014.

9. JoAnne Moon

   JoAnne Moon was elected by the residents of the Fifth Ward in 2015 as the 5th Ward Council person for the City of Lorain.

10. Angel Arroyo Jr.

    Angel Arroyo Jr. was elected to serve the residents of the Sixth Ward as their council representative for the 2016-2017 term.

11. Joe Faga

    Joe Faga began serving the 7th ward residents on January 1, 2014. Joe is currently the Chairman of the Streets and Utilities Committee and he serves as a member of the Federal Programs Committee and the Finance and Claims Committee.

12. Joshua Thornsberry

    Joshua Thornsberry is currently serving his second term as 8th Ward City Councilman and is serving as Vice Chairman of the Parks and Recreation and Police/Fire and Legislative Committees.

13. Nancy Greer

    Nancy Greer was appointed as the Clerk of Lorain City Council in July of 1995 and is currently serving her eleventh term.
